Just had a couple of Arundel ABS (arundel special bitter) for lunch. Very good, fruity turning into a bitter sweet finish.
Yesterday they had Harveys best on tap again, and whilst it's common down this way, the work local hadn't had it in for a while. So enjoyed a lovely pint of that, but went back for the next and the barrel was finished. So tried a Truleigh gold. Quite light, hoppy and very refreshing.

At present I've discovered a great liking for Oakham Citra. They sell it in my local Waitrose. Really pleasant tasting beer.

Had a very pleasant pint of Asylum in my local on Friday evening. 4.5%, slightly darker than Citra, but full of the same lovely tasting citrussy hoppy flavour all the same! Must also mention how much i've been enjoying Newby Wykes range of pale ales just recently. HMS Queen Elizabeth (6.0%) and Bear Island (4.6%) are spot on at the moment!

I've been the past 2 years and its great. What i remember of it lol I am going on Wednesday night, with some of the folks from Work. Always a good night, from what I can recall.
